Robert L. Hill serves as Army Reserve ambassador for Connecticut. Hill is a corporate and securities law attorney and a retired Army colonel who spent the last seven years of his military career in the Army Office of Legislative Liaison in the Pentagon where he attended and reported on a number of significant hearings including those on the Nisei and the Freedom of Information Act.
