OCEAN (July 10, 2017 Master Chief Aviation Boatswain’s Mate Glen Newbins conducts leadership training with visiting midshipmen from the Naval Academy and Navy ROTCs in the Chiefs Mess onboard the amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7). Iwo Jima is underway with Amphibious Squadron (PHIBRON) FOUR and the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) conducting PHIBRON-MEU integrated training preparation for their upcoming deployment.
