All motions and resolutions made and seconded shall be openfor debate, except the previous question, the motion to adjourn, andto lay on the table, which questions shall be decided without debate. 19. All amendments shall be disposed of before the vote is takenon the main question. 20. All questions of order arising after the previous question hasbeen called for shall be decided without debate. 21.
