Barred warbler (Sylvia nisoria). This is the first-winter bird present at Titchfield Haven, UK in November and December 2017, where it fed on berries.

The species is normally found in Central Europe in Summer, and East Africa in winter. In the UK it is usually only a passage migrant. This bird was present in November and December 2017 and appeared to be trying to over winter in the area. It was surviving by eating the plentiful supply of berries in the area.
