Earlier than any other Japan Plum with me ; immensely productive and almost entirely free from rot. Foliage of thio distinctly peach-like, as compared with the other kinds. Tree vigorous, upright. Yellow Japan. Above medium size; round-ovate; red on yellow. Ripens with Cbabot, but is not as fine here. DOMESTICA GROUP. On Plum root, 3 to 4 feet, i year, 25 cents each ; 2 to 3 feet, i year, 15 cents each. German. Above medium ; shy bearer here Hungarian. Medium size ; productive. Tragedy. Large ; fairly productive. DAMSONS— French, Farleigh, Freestone and Shropshire. These are the best known and most popular kinjjs. NEW PLUMS—At 50C. each, $5 per doz Ziuzac, Glass, Communia, Town* send. All highly praised, and doubt- less are desirable where this group succeeds. Clyman. Represented as large, fine and productive. Lincoln. Large; purplish red. 50c. each. Moore's Arctic. Large ; blue ; produc- tive. Spaulding. Large; greenish yellow, Tatge. Very similar to Lombard every way. Washington. Very large; yellow; shy bearer. PRUNES— Bohemian. Large ; very productive. ORNAMENTAL PLUMS. Pissardii. (Myrobalan). Foliage pur- j pie, the color holding well throughout | the summer. Fruit small, round and ' blood-red as soon as the blossom falls from it.
