Hilliard, a native of Gonzales, Louisiana, graduates from Marine Corps recruit training as the honor graduate for Platoon 4010, Papa Company, 4th Recruit Training Battalion, at Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, South Carolina, Feb. 25, 2022. Hilliard earned this distinction over 13 weeks of training by outperforming other recruits during a series of training events designed to test their basic Marine Corps skills.
