As a seasoned pathology technician for a private organization in Texas, Luciano regularly applies her civilian skills to support the technicians permanently assigned to Camp Zama. This mission also exposes Luciano to new procedures managed in a unique environment that comprises Soldiers, Department of the Army civilians and Japanese specialists sworn to serve service members and their families.
