A family member, of Navy Electrician's Mate 3rd class (EM3c) Charles Harris, receives an American flag during a funeral at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Honolulu, Hawaii, Feb. 4, 2019. Harris was assigned to the USS Oklahoma which sustained fire from Japanese aircraft and multiple torpedo hits during the attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941, resulting in the deaths of more than 429 crew members. He was identified through DNA analysis with the help of the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) and returned to his family for burial with full military honors.
