The incorporators met inJune of that year, and EbenezerLearned was chosen President of theBank and Robert Coit business of the Bank was tran-sacted in the banking room of TheUnion Bank. In 1852. the Bank having outgrownthe limited aecouunodations whichcould be afforded by the Inion Bank,the Trustees Imilt on Main Street, onthe site now occupied by the new building proving inade(| 18!.> one addition was made and in.
