Travis Borkowski pushes a pallet of meals-ready-to eat strapped to parachutes out of an MV-22B Osprey over Crow Valley, Capas, Tarlac, Republic of the Philippines, Sept. 19 during Amphibious Landing Exercise 2014. Bilateral Marine Corps training sustains and reinforces the foundation and framework for a bilateral force to respond rapidly and effectively to regional humanitarian crises.
