The second storm of the season to be named by Met Eireann / Met Office, Storm Brian lashes Porthcawl and threatens flooding in conjunction with the high Sring Tide to West and South Wales. Workmen are erecting barriers to prevent tiles being blown of a building and hitting people after several were lost earlier.
