Wilder (Rogers' No. 4)—Large and black; bunches generally shouldered; berry round and large; flesh buttery, with a somewhat fibrous center; sweet, rather sprightlv; ten days earlier than the Isa- bella. *Worden—A seedling from the Concord, which it greatly resembles in color and appearance. It is, however, several days earlier; mu'ch'more delicious and molting and has a flavor that is equalled by no other grape~grown. Berries and clusters are very large and compact; vine is fully as hardy as the Concord, and more pro- ductive. It is a sure bearer. "We con- sider this variety the most profitable for market.
