The Marine Corps rigorously investigates all aviation incidents to identify the causes, learn from them, and rectify the problems that occurred. Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron 369 and HMH-466 are currently deployed under the unit deployment program with Marine Aircraft Group 36, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing.
