Republic of Fiji Military Forces (RFMF) Sapper Saula Colawau, a plumber with the RFMF Engineers, shaves a pipe to size while working to rebuild the Karave Primary School’s most important water line during Pacific Angel (PACANGEL) 17-3 in Ba, Fiji, July 18, 2017. Colawau worked side-by-side with his counterparts to rebuild the school’s infrastructure. PACANGEL 17-3 consists of several concurrent civil-military assistance activities including medical programs, various subject-matter expert exchanges and civic and engineering assistance programs.
