Pinned broken ankle. X-ray of the ankle of a 32 year old male that has been pinned after a parachuting accident. The ankle was dislocated between the tibia (shin bone, down centre) and talus (ankle bone, lower centre). The patient also sustained two fractures to the tibia and one to the fibula (calf bone).
