Anti-war, anti George W Bush, and anti corporate protesters are arrested at Dupont Circle by the Metro Police after a riot following an Anti-Flag show hours after Bush was inaugurated for a second term as President of the United States. After the punk rock show protesters smashed the windows of corporate businesses, including Citi Bank. Some of the arrested had nothing to do with the protests, or the vandalism, and were swept up in the arrests anyway, because they were in the area when it occurred.
