The main gate to Samukawa Shrine is named Shinmon Gate. The gate itself is relatively new having been built in 1993. What I find impressive is how they were able to find craftsmen and artisans who still have the skill and knowledge to build such a structure that appears no different from similar gates dating back hundreds of years.
