Pendles Atom Panopticon is set on the hillside above Wycollar Village in Wycollar Country Park. Design by Peter Meacock with Katarina Novomestska and Architecture Central Workshop. It is one of a series of 'Panopticons' 21st Century landmarks accross East Lancashire. A total of 4 structures were commissioned and constructed over a 6 year period for the districts of Blackburn, Burnley, Pendle, and Rossendale.
