Aquino III and Independent State of Papua New Guinea Prime Minister Peter O'Neill emerge from the Aguinaldo State Dining Room of the Malacañan Palace after the bilateral meeting on Tuesday (November 17, 2015), at the sidelines of the APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting. The Philippines was one of the first countries to formalize diplomatic relations with Papua New Guinea in 1975.
