HUGO, Minn. -- Tough Mudder participants surmount the first challenge in the approximately 11-mile, military-style obstacle course held in Hugo, Minnesota July 16-17, 2016. The Army Reserve sponsors the events in an effort to strengthen its partnership with the local community, while fostering the resilience of Soldiers, Families, and Civilians.
