Soldiers from the Fort Drum Better Opportunities for Single Soldiers program unload hundreds of Christmas trees Nov. 29 that will be distributed to Soldiers and their families for free through the Trees for Troops program. Dick Darling and his wife Mary Ellen, owners of Darling’s Tree Farm in Clifton Springs, have assisted with the deliveries to Fort Drum for the past 10 years. (
