Nacke hasstudied particularly the torus palatums in 1449 individuals, normal andpsychopathic; he found it present in per cent, of psychopathicwomen (insane, epileptic, idiot, and criminal), per cent, of epilep-tic women, per cent, of criminal women, per cent, of normalwomen.
