There he became acquainted with one of the manor's daughters, Cintra Kay (1895 - 1968), depicted in several of the photographs. The man in the pictures is Alvar. At this time, the Hutchinson Kay was tenants at Sundsby Säteri. James Hutchinson Kay (1859 1938), married in 1883 to Ellen Waern (1862 - 1930) from the Gothenburg family Waern took over as tenants in 1880. The Hutchinson Kay family retained the lease until 1938.
