AUSTIN, Texas -- The 36th Infantry Division held a Change of Command ceremony on the Texas Capitol steps Saturday, July 15 in Austin. The unit bid farewell to Maj. Gen. Lester Simpson and welcomed Maj. Gen. S. Lee Henry as the new division commander. The ceremony is one of many events held over the weekend in celebration of the 36th Inf. Div.'s 100th anniversary.
