A temporary wooden car barn adjoins the power houseand accommodates the four cars. The American Car Com-pany made the four closed cars now in service. They arefull vestibuled, with 20-ft. bodies, 30 ft. over all. Three ofthe cars are finished in cherry, the other is in white extension Peckham trucks are employed, each. VIEW IN ENGINE ROOM AND ALONG LINE, TITUSVILLE the usual wrist plate, driven by an eccentric on the mainshaft, but a separate eccentric is used for the operation ofthe exhaust valves. The cross-head and crank-pins areol steel, and have unusually large wearing surfaces. The main shaft is of hammered iron, and the engine isprovided throughout with the most improved automaticsight-feed oiling devices and is adapted for continuousworking. Two of the General Electric Companys generators havebeen installed, and are belted to the engines. The smallerone, a no kw., has furnished the current since the com-pletion of the road. The new engine is connected witha 325-kw. generator, which is now in operation, the smallerone being reserved for emergencies. A General ElectricCompanys switchboard is used- fitted with instrumentsmade by the Weston Electrical Instrument Company. The fuel used in the three boilers is natural gasfurnished by the Oil City Fuel Supply Com
