Upon a table in the exhibit were shown different styles ofinset blocks in various sizes made of soft gray iron around whichis cast the body of the shoe, which is chill hardened iron. Thesouvenir of the company was a pair of inside and outside register-ing calipers. Francis Granger, of New York, and H. T. Mercur,of Buffalo, were present in the interests of the company.
