Amsterdam Cafe 't Smalle on the Egelantiersgracht in the Jordaan district with it's unique deck terrace on piles in the canal.

With a history going back to 1780 as a distillery, Cafe 't Smalle is one of the nicer brown pubs of Amsterdam. But it's greatest asset is the terrace over the water of the small canal just off the Prinsengracht. A very popular place to have breakfast, lunch or a beer sitting under the elm trees. It's near to the Anne Frank house across the Prinsengracht. Egelantiersgracht 12, Amsterdam, Jordaan area, The Netherlands.
