BANGOR, Wash. (July 12, 2017) Cmdr. James Hurt, from Excelsior Springs, Missouri, receives honors from the sideboys as the official party departs following a change of command ceremony for the Gold crew of the Ohio-class ballistic missile submarine USS Kentucky (SSBN 737). Hurt relieved Cmdr. Brian Freck, from Vienna, Virginia as commanding officer during the ceremony held at the Bangor Chapel.
