BARKSDALE AIR FORCE BASE, LA. – The hatch to a wastewater lift station is opened for inspection on Barksdale AFB, March 22, 2019. The 2nd Civil Engineer Squadron’s Water and Fuel Systems Maintenance team perform monthly operational checks on the lift stations pumps and to ensure waste and debris won’t prevent wastewater from flowing freely toward a treatment plant.
