Vietnam Memorial Clock Tower, Nakhon Phanom, Isaan, Northern Thailand, South East Asia, a clock tower built by the Vietnamese to show the good relationship between Thailand and Vietnam when Vietnamese immigrants moved to Nakhon Phanom to live in that Province. The venue is open air and free for anyone to use.
