A cool breeze from the River Thames provided some relief for the skippers and crews of Thames sailing barges gathering alongside Gravesend Town Pier for the 90th Thames Sailing Barge Match on Saturday. The second pier in the background is Royal Terrace Pier, the headquarters of the Port of London Authority.
