Wadden Sea National Park. Mandø is an island in the Wadden Sea, with a road connection to the mainland, Jutland, which can only be used at low tide twice a day. The Mandø bus has a timetable that is arranged after the tide. The bus is pulled by a tractor, and the route is marked with branches set down in the seabed. The picture is taken from the bus, showing the seabed with countless little sand dunes. Below each sand dune is a Lugworm. In the Wadden Sea there can be 70 Lugworms per m2. The Wadden Sea is very important as a place with forage for birds. In the background you can see Jylland. Nationalpark Vadehavet. I baggrunden ses Jylland.
