A golden sunset over the Ohio River taken from the Indiana side.

I was able to photograph the glorious sunset over the Ohio River late one evening while visiting family in Indiana. Kentucky sits to the other side. The colors were spectacular. A Blue Heron was crossing the river at the moment of capture. The wood line and the boats moored at their docks along the bank were darkened enhancing the overall scene. This scenic landscape when viewing makes one to feel alive and appreciate nature.
