Air Force Civil Engineer Center security and safety personnel participated during a joint active shooter exercise led by Joint Base San Antonio officials, in coordination with San Antonio Police and Fire Departments, Bexar County Sheriff and Constables, and Emergency Medical Teams on July 19, 2017, at JBSA-Lackland, Texas. The exercise was conducted to prepare emergency responders and employees.
