3rd Special Operations Kandak Commandos conducted a night clearing operation near the villages of Mullah Madi and Rabit in Maiwand district, Kandahar province, Aug. 11. The cache included 15 pressure plate explosive devices, various bomb-making materials, radios, various rifle and machine gun ammunition, and two motorcycles. The operation caused no loss of life or property for civilian or military personnel.
