They emi-grated in a body to Ley den in they lived for a little more than a dozen years,enjoying perfect freedom of conscience and an absoluteliberty to worship as they pleased and to teach their doc-trines without interference. At the end of that time, however, they had begun tosee what must happen to them. They were still stoutlyloyal to their English birthright and were in no way dis-posed to surrender it.
