Newtownards, Northern Ireland - August 12th , 2013 :- Scrabo Tower which was built in 1857 as a memorial to Charles Stewart the 3rd Marquess of Londonderry who was a general of the Duke of Wellington during the Napoleonic wars. The Tower stands today in the middle of a country park and can be seen from most of North Down.
