The three towers of Westminster Palace. The largest and tallest of the three towers is Victoria tower which stands at meters. This tower stands at the south western corner of the palace and was originally called the Kings tower, after the, then-reigning monarch William IV. Just vental tower. This ia a slender octagonal tower which only stands at a mere 91 metres in height. The third tower, is Elizabeth tower standing at 96 metres. It is this tower that house 'The great bell of westminster' which is genrally referred to as Big Ben. Over time however, Big Ben is now the name by which the tower, its bells and the clock are known.
