A D-shaped, multi-storey Anasazi great house built in stages AD1095-1110. When completed there were over 20 kivas and around 280 rooms stepping up from a single storey at the front to three and four storeys at the rear. Floodwater in Chaco Wash (marked by trees) has formed a steep-sided gulley known as an arroyo.
