The Kajran district national directorate of security chief addresses Afghan Local Police during their graduation ceremony in Kajran district, Daykundi province, Afghanistan, Dec. 28. The ceremony was the culmination of a three-week course of instruction in which ALP learned basic procedures, weapons handling and other skills to protect and defend Afghan citizens and maintain stability in the region.
