ROTA, Spain (Nov. 16, 2016) Staff Sgt. Moreno Tuesta, right, assigned to Fleet Anti-Terrorism Security Team Company, Europe (FASTEUR), from Peru, teaches Sailors and Marines assigned to Coastal Riverine Squadron 4 (CRS-4) and FASTEUR the proper technique to present a cutlass during the Staff Non-Commissioned Officer Academy. Sailors assigned to CRS-4 are currently deployed for air security team (AST) and embarked security team (EST) missions. AST and EST members, headquartered in Rota, Spain, are prepared to conduct missions in order to protect vital naval assets.
