CSM Dailey provided leadership insight into unit readiness, tuition assistance benefits, the new sleeve rolling policy, and the benefits of social media. CSM Dailey’s final take-away words to Soldiers were, “Don’t forget the things you said you wouldn’t do when you made 1SGT and the things you said you would. Lastly, never ever forget that you are still a Soldier, no different than any other Soldier.”
