Oxford, England - 23 December 2019; no people in view. This is part of my favourite Thames Walk in Oxford, England. However, its beautiful vista is marred here by horrid floating garbage next to a houseboat. Weeks of rain had flooded the Thames and also swept much floating garbage downstream, as seen here.
