Less pasteurizing and sterilizing and renovating and aerating, and more thorough careful work back at the dairy farm. Not that the dairyman is always at fault, for often the milk leaves the farm in good condition, but is not properly iced in transit, or is mixed with some other fellow's milk and the good qualities lost. However, the farm end is a good place to turn on the searchlight. Now, when there is a general agitation of the subject throughout the country, when the consumer is paying more at- tention to his milk supply, when the dealer is looking for good.
