Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) members work with farmers from the local area Aug. 13, 2017, to fill sand bags in preparation of excavation operations in the Quang Tri Province, Vietnam. DPAA deployed to the area in hopes of recovering remains of men lost in a CH-46 Sea Knight helicopter crash in June of 1967.
