Australian Defence Force and Japan Ground Self Defense Force service members construct a concrete foundation form during exercise Harii Hamutuk 2015 at the Port Hera Naval Base in Hera, Timor Leste, Oct. 19, 2015. The combined engineering training taking placing during HH15 focuses on multiple units working together to rebuild and improve on local infrastructure.
