Airmen participating in the Patriot Warrior 2021 exercise lift a patient on a litter and into a bus before being transferred to a waiting C-130 aircraft Aug. 13, 2021 at Sparta Airfield, Ft McCoy, Wisconsin. The field training exercise established a forward operating base at an austere airfield with more than 300 members of the Air Force Reserve Command representing approximately 25 squadrons across the United States.
