SAN DIEGO (Jan. 11, 2008) -- Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Adm. Gary Roughead salutes side boys upon arrival to USS Milius (DDG 69). Roughead spoke about Individual Augmentee (IA) assignments and thanked the crew for their hard work. Roughead was in the region touring major public and private shipbuilding sites to deepen his understanding, develop the Navy's relationship with industry and hear perspectives from various shipbuilders.
