Chertsey is a town in Surrey, England, on the right bank of the River Thames where it is met by the Abbey River and a tributary, the River Bourne. It is in the Greater London Urban Area, bordered by Thorpe Park, junction 11 of the M25 motorway, Addlestone and the villages of Lyne, Longcross and Ottershaw. Chertsey is 29 kilometres southwest of central London. It has a railway station and is also less than 1 mile from the M3 motorway.
