Community members march and rally to demand St. Vincent's Catholic Medical Center's Emergency Room be kept open in Greenwich Village in New York on Saturday, April 24, 2010. The 160 year old hospital, which is $700 million in debt is shutting down its in-patient services. The protesters want the emergency department to continue as a Level One Trauma Center, not become an Urgent Care Center. (© Frances M. Roberts)
